  • A team-based model designed to help children and adolescents ages 7-17 with emotional and behavioral disturbances that keep them from functioning successfully in-home or community (school/daycare) settings.

Hillsborough County Children’s Services


  • CINS/FINS Residential Program: Short-term residential respite program which offers a youth ages 10 to 17 an average length of stay of 14 days with supportive counseling, health screenings, and referrals for community services.

  • CINS/FINS Non-Residential Program: Trained counselors provide individual and family therapy to youth ages 7 to 17 at sites throughout Hillsborough County with flexible daytime and evening hours.

Ian's Way


  • Ian's Way aims to prevent teen suicide and de-stigmatize mental health through education and peer-to-peer group counseling.

  • Talk Time is a teen group counseling program offered online via Zoom and moderated by a mental health professional. Talk Time is available to teens between the ages of 12-19. In order to participate in Talk Time, all minors must have a parent or guardian fill out the online consent form.

  • Successful Kids: This program coordinates access to mental health services and supports based on a child's individual needs and the needs of the family. The goal is to keep children in their homes, schools, and communities.

  • Successful Students: A truancy intervention program targeting youth ages 6 through 16.

  • Successful Youth: Intervenes when young people find themselves in the juvenile justice system. Services focused on returning youth to their homes and community.

  • Healthy Transitions: Serving young adults ages 16 to 25 years of age struggling with mental health issues. The program strives to make mental health support services more readily available to youth through individualized and group wellness activities.

  • Healthy Minds: A coordinated specialty care for early psychosis treatment program.
    Enrollment Criteria:

    • An individual has experienced psychotic symptoms for no more than 2 years (e.g. hallucinations, delusional thoughts, bizarre behavior, paranoia, and/or disorganized speech).

    • Symptoms are not caused by a medical condition or substance use.

    • Individuals must not have a documented IQ below 70.

    • Individuals must reside in Hillsborough County.

  • Based in Orlando, Florida this LGBTQ+ organization is currently seeing any clients statewide for individual and family counseling. LGBTQ+ youth must be between the ages of 13-24 years old and receive an assessment prior to counseling. Services are at no cost to participants.
