Resources for Teens & Young Adults During COVID-19

Updated: Sep 2, 2021

We are all facing a very unique situation and having to deal with lots of changes that can be scary. As young people, especially, spending time with friends and socializing is often a big part of our lives. Not being able to go to school or work, or participate in the fun activities with others that usually help us to de-stress, can feel extremely isolating.

While all of this physical distancing may be making you feel alone or discouraged, we want you to know that there are many community resources here to support you. Please check out the resources below to help you stay connected, informed, and to know that you are NOT alone!

What are you doing to stay connected during quarantine? Share your tips by leaving a comment!
